Finally, a quick and precise way to reliably match PMS and custom colors for UV Flexo, and Primographic inks off-press. After relentless hours of research and much time testing the ultimate way to match color, we finally found what we believe is the ultimate precision color matching tool. Each of the below hand proofers is sold with 1 anilox roll of your choosing (see the table at bottom.) If more rolls are needed please contact us.

With these UV FLEXO HAND PROOFERS, you can go to press with an anilox/ink combination that delivers the precise color you need. Commercially compatible color proofing for both customer color approval, and spectrophotometer readings.

These industry leading units are compatible with solvent based systems, ensuring a minimal clean-up. The easy take down design allows for quick and easy changing of the engraved anilox rolls. The anilox rolls are platinum laser engraved. The Doctor Blade loads the celIs of the anilox rolls and meters the ink to a repeatable ink film thickness.

Phantom Proofer, is the ultimate proofer to increase pressroom efficiency! Manufactured with many of the same quality components and high standards as the Echocel Junior, this unit improves upon that design. Its quick change anilox roll mechanism and doctor blade allow for easier clean up, increasing efficiency. The ultra lightweight design features less replacement parts and built-in bearings. Ink path width is 2.75 inch (70mm)
