INFRARED DRYER LAMPS

UV Process Supply offers a wide variety of INFRARED DRYER LAMPS for almost any print drying application offset, flexography, gravure, or screen.

Traditional inks and coatings (water-based or solvent-based) dry through evaporation. The bases must be removed from these inks in order for them to turn into a dry solid. Depending on the printing equipment used, this process can take quite some time if unassisted. By heating the inks using IR energy, evaporation is accelerated and drying time is greatly reduced.
