LED's provide energy efficient, consistent, low heat, non-hazardous curing power! A very wide spectrum of materials can be quickly cured with this next-generation, extraordinarily small LED curing unit. Each 108 watt LED array features a 12 inch wide curing path and can be integrated on a conveyor or stand alone as a retro-fit system. Available in several standard sizes, these systems are also very customizable to suit your unique needs. (All items are manufactured "On-Demand" - Please call for lead time)

Durable & lightweight black anodized aluminum frame
Energy efficient 24VDC power drive system
Simple belt tracking/tensioning adjustment with "safe track" guides to help prevent belt damage.
UV resistant, fiberglass mesh belt with heat dissipating PTFE carbon black coating.
Variable speed control 15 - 100 FPM (also available in low speed 5 - 30 FPM)
Tunnel clearance is standard at 3/8 inch (deeper clearances are available as custom)
Weight: 25 - 28 lbs (depending on size)
