CON-TROL-CURE^®'s 300W/inch 6 INCH MINI UV CURING CONVEYOR SYSTEM meets the requirements of researchers and engineers for intense ultraviolet energy for diversified applications:

Curing of photopolymer paints
Photoactivation of UV sensitive adhesives
Graphic arts exposure

The benchtop system incorporates an elliptically focused heat sink reflector with an exhaust cooling fan. Lamp changeover is easily accomplished by lifting the top cover of the irradiator with the side extrusions the shielding remains stationary.

The conveyor system is constructed of enameled aluminum with a 6" wide coated fiberglass conveyor belt. Solid state variable speed control enables the operator to accurately adjust to cure slower reacting materials as well as fast drying inks and coatings.

THE "STANDARD" REPLACEMENT BELT FOR THIS SYSTEM IS PART NUMBER B002-005. Note: There are other belt sizes that may apply to your particular machine depending on custom options selected at time of original equipment order. Please measure carefully.

THE 300WPI MERCURY LAMP IS PART NUMBER UVPS6T [For newer models that have ceramic ended lamps with wire leads] OR UVPS6HD [For older models that require metal ended style] Note: There are a variety of optional bulbs for this equipment depending on custom options selected at time of original equipment order. If unsure, please provide us with the part number etched on the bulb you wish to replace.

DETERMINING YOUR BELT SIZE:
The OLD units were 30" across the front panel,They are the 61.5 belts.
The new units are 36" across the front panel,They are roughly 73
If it is extended they measure 109. The extended are built on the 36 frame.
