BOW TIE COIL IMPELLER

The BOW TIE COIL IMPELLER is perfect for those looking for ways to make an existing mixer more efficient. Bow-tie coils are ideal for viscous materials from 12,000 cPs-60,000 cPs. Using the principle of fluid dynamics, the uniquely shaped rotating coil impeller provides a multi-directional flow pattern resulting in non-splashing action, faster mixing cycle times, reduced motor size and lower power consumption. Easily retro-fitted into any existing mixer. Not easily damaged. Shaft sizes fit 1 gallon or 55 gallon drum mixing vessels. Shaft and Coil are permanently affixed together. Coils are not removable from shaft. (note: also pictured is a straight coil version that is available as custom order)
